How do I return my product?

CozyCare sanitary pads are a feminine hygiene product. We are sure that you will like it and be satisfied. As the product is a hygiene product we do not accept returns.

What should I do if the product I received was damaged in transit?

CozyCare sanitary pads are packed with sufficient care to ensure safe delivery to you. However, if you do receive your delivery in a damaged condition, kindly write to us at with an image of the damaged product. The replacement request email must be sent within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

The replacement item will be replaced within 7 to 10 working days.
