How do I return my product?
CozyCare sanitary pads are a feminine hygiene product. We are sure that you will like it and be satisfied. As the product is a hygiene product we do not accept returns.
What should I do if the product I received was damaged in transit?
CozyCare sanitary pads are packed with sufficient care to ensure safe delivery to you. However, if you do receive your delivery in a damaged condition, kindly write to us at email@example.com with an image of the damaged product. The replacement request email must be sent within 24 hours of receipt of the order.
The replacement item will be replaced within 7 to 10 working days.
